摘  要:目的将案例教学法(CBL)应用于临床输血实习教学,并引入PDCA循环管理,探讨两种方法相结合在临床输血实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月-2021年5月在广东省中医院输血科实习的医学检验专业本科学生56人,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组29人采用CBL教学法,同时运用PDCA循环理念进行管理;对照组27人采用传统教学法(LBL),比较两组的学习和教学效果。结果实验组实习生在出科考核成绩、提出及解决问题的能力、临床沟通能力、团队合作能力以及教学满意度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学联合PDCA循环管理的教学模式有效地提升了实习生的学习效能,优化了临床带教质量,教学优势明显优于传统临床带教,能更好的适应临床输血学科的发展要求。Objective To evaluate the effect of Case-based Learning(CBL)combined with PDCA circulation management in clinical blood transfusion practice teaching.Methods A total of 56 undergraduate students who were practiced in the department of blood transfusion in this hospital from May 2019 to May 2021,were selected and randomly divided into control group(lecture based Learning,LBL,n=27)and experimental group(CBL combined with PDCA cycle management model,n=29).The internship results of the two groups were compared,and an evaluation survey of teaching effects was conducted.Results The CBL combined with PDCA group was superior to the control group in terms of the evaluation score and the ability of raise and solve problems,clinical communication skills and teamwork ability,and the teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional clinical teaching,CBL combined with PDCA circulation management can efficiently improve the learning efficiency of interns,optimize the quality of clinical teaching and adapt to the development requirements of clinical blood transfusion.
