摘　　要：依据教育部提出“要把人才培养的质量和效果作为检验一切工作的根本标准”为宗旨,提出重构“基础无机化学”教学设计的原则和做法。力图指导每章重构内容在专业上突出创新思维和科学研究,落实知识的“实、深、厚”;在能力上突出体现立足中国实践、反映国情民情、紧跟时代步伐、服务国家需求,强化“学以致用”;素质上体现出“专业与思政同向同行”,强化课程育人功能和中华民族的价值观体系。最终为形成中国特色、世界水平的“基础无机化学教学大纲”做出探索和铺垫。According to“the quality and effect of talent cultivation as the fundamental standard to test all work”proposed by the Ministry of Education,the principle and practice to reconstruct the teaching design of“basic inorganic chemistry”is put forward in this work.We try to guide the reconstructing content of each chapter to highlight innovative thinking and scientific research from the professional aspect and thus implement“solid,deep and thick”for knowledge.In terms of capability,we highlight the China’s practice,reflect China’s national conditions and people’s conditions,keep pace with the times,serve the country’s needs,and strengthen“learning to put into practice”.In terms of quality,we embody“profession and ideology go together”,and strengthen the educational function of the curriculum and the value system of the Chinese nation.Overall,we try to pave the way for the formation of the“basic inorganic chemistry syllabus”with Chinese characteristics and the world level.
