摘  要:【目的】对黄皮与山黄皮共5个品种的不同部位进行黄酮、多酚含量及抗氧化活性比较,为黄皮属植物资源的开发利用提供理论依据。【方法】以香蜜黄皮、鸡心黄皮、龙州山黄皮1号、YYS-002和龙州单核山黄皮为试验材料,对其叶、茎、果核及果皮部位采用NaNO-AlCl-NaOH测定总黄酮含量、Folin-Ciocalteu法测定总多酚含量,再以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟自由基(·OH)和2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐自由基(ABTS+)清除率评价其抗氧化活性,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析其总黄酮、总多酚含量与各项抗氧化活性指标的相关性。【结果】5个品种中叶、茎、果核和果皮各部位的总黄酮含量介于0.34~86.23 mg/g,总多酚含量介于0.54~43.33mg/g,其中黄皮品种的含量普遍低于山黄皮品种,不同部位的含量排序整体表现为果皮>叶>茎>果核。综合对比,龙州单核山黄皮的总黄酮、总多酚含量均高于其他品种,果皮和叶部位的总黄酮和总多酚含量显著高于其他部位(P<0.05)。抗氧化活性结果表明,龙州单核山黄皮果皮的DPPH·、·OH和ABTS+清除率均最高,分别为96.01%、92.23%和76.96%,分别与0.03、0.03和0.01 mg/g抗坏血酸(Vc)清除率相当,对应半清除率浓度(IC)分别为0.33、0.45和0.52 mg/mL;不同部位的各抗氧化活性强弱也整体表现为果皮>叶>茎>果核。相关分析结果表明,总黄酮、总多酚含量与各抗氧化活性指标均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】龙州单核山黄皮果皮抗氧化能力最高,可作为天然抗氧化剂资源加以深入研究开发。黄酮和多酚类物质均为黄皮与山黄皮发挥抗氧化活性的相关物质基础,且多酚对抗氧化活性影响较大。【Objective】To compare flavonoids content,polyphenols content and antioxidant activities of different cultivars and parts of 5 cultivars of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels and C. anisum-olens(Blanco)Merr.,so as to provide theoretical basis for development and utilization of the plant resources of Clausena.【Method】Xiangmi C. lansium,Jixin C.lansium,Longzhou 1 C. anisum-olens,YYS-002 and Longzhou single-stone C. anisum-olens were used as test materials.In leaf,stem,stone and peels of materials,total flavonoids content was determined by NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH method,and total polyphenols content was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu method. The antioxidant activity were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl free radical(DPPH·)clearance rate,hydroxyl free radical(·OH)clearance rate and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)free radical(ABTS+)clearance rate. Correlations between total polyphenols content,total flavonoids content and antioxidant activity indexes were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis method.【Result】Total flavonoids content in leaf,stem,stone and peel of the 5 cultivars ranged from 0.34 to 86.23 mg/g and total polyphenols content 0.54 to 43.33 mg/g. Total flavonoids content and total polyphenols content in C. lansium were generally lower than those of C. anisum-olens. The order of total flavonoids content and total polyphenols content in different parts was as follows:peel>leaf>stem>stone. By comprehensive comparison,total flavonoids content and total polyphenols content in different parts of Longzhou single-stone C. anisum-olens were higher than those in other varieties,while they were significantly higher in peel and leaf than in other parts(P<0.05). The results of antioxidant activity experiments showed that the peel extract of Longzhou single-stone C. anisum-olens had the highest DPPH·,·OH and ABTS+clearance rate,which were 96.01%,92.23% and 76.96%,equivalent to 0.03,0.03,0.01 mg/g Vitamin C(Vc)clearance.
