基于“金课”和“三教”改革理念的高职通识教育改革策略研究

摘  要:为了厘清高职院校通识教育的现状,文章以广西高职院校为研究对象,通过查阅各高职院校信息公开的教学文件、相关课程数据,并进行问卷调查和数据分析,发现广西高职院校通识教育存在认知理念有偏差、缺乏整体课程体系设计、教学模式及教学方法不尽合理、师资队伍力量不足、课程评价体系不够完善等问题。对此,提出了基于“金课”和“三教”改革理念下高职院校要提高通识教育重要性认识、一体化重构通识教育课程、构建完善的教学质量监控评价体系、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设等策略,为高职院校通识教育的有效开展和深入研究提供参考。In order to clarify the current situation of general education in higher vocational colleges,the paper takes Guangxi higher vocational colleges as the research object,through consulting the teaching documents and relevant curriculum data of the colleges,and conducting questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is found that there are certain deviations in the cognitive concept of curriculum setting of general education curriculum,lacking an overall system design,the curriculum evaluation system is not perfect,and the teaching mode,the teaching methods are not reasonable and the teaching staff is not strong.In view of these problems,this paper also proposes the strategies that under the reform concept of"golden curriculum"and"three education"(reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods),higher vocational colleges should update the concept of general education,improve the talent training program,develop general education courses in an integrated way,strengthen the construction of"double qualified and skilled"teachers,and standardize the construction of the curriculum teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system,so as to provide reference for the effective development and in-depth research of general education in higher vocational colleges.
