摘　　要：职业教育教师教学创新团队建设本质上以微观层面的知识螺旋转化与组织层面的知识创造为重要基础。职业教育教师教学创新团队存在着结构维度、认知维度、关系维度三个既相互独立又相互联系的基础维度,它们创造着知识螺旋转化的“场”。职业教育教师教学创新团队的建设,一要通过三个基础维度不断促进团队内部的知识螺旋转化;二要从宏观的组织知识创造层面提升职教教师教学创新团队建设的整体水平。The construction of teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers is essentially based on the knowledge spiral transformation at the micro level and the knowledge creation at the organizational level.The teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers has three independent and interrelated basic dimensions:structural dimension,cognitive dimension and relational dimension,which create the"field"of knowledge spiral transformation.The construction of teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers should,first,continuously promote the knowledge spiral transformation within the team through three basic dimensions;the second is to improve the overall level of the teaching innovation team of vocational teachers from the macro level of organizational knowledge creation.
