科创融合视域下职业院校创新创业教师核心能力建设的实践探究

摘　　要：随着职业院校创新创业教育的深入发展,职业院校创新创业人才培养质量显著提升。随着国家对科技创新型人才需求愈发迫切,对职业院校创新创业教师也提出了新的要求。从科创融合视角出发,对职业院校创新创业教师核心能力构成进行分析,并对如何有效提升职业院校创新创业教师核心能力提出建议。With the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational institutes,the quality of innovation and entrepreneurial talents cultivation in vocational institutes has been significantly improved.As the national demand for scientific and innovative talents becomes more and more urgent,new requirements are also put forward for innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in vocational institutes.From the perspective of science and innovation integration,this paper analyzed the core competence composition of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in vocational institutes,and put forward suggestions on how to effectively improve the core competence of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in vocational institutes.
