摘 要:景哈中心小学许多哈尼族学生因为学习成绩较差而被贴上了“后进生”的标签。事实上,哈尼族学生成为“后进生”更为重要的原因在于撤点并校集中办学之后,哈尼族学生及其家长需要更长的时间和更多的实践来消解传统村落教育与现代学校教育之间的差异。当地学校、家长和学生通过课堂教学、课外活动和谨慎认识“后进生”的方式摆脱哈尼族学生“后进生”标签,帮助哈尼族学生实现文化适应。Many Hani students at JingHa township central primary school have been labeled“underachievers”because of their poor academic performance.Hani students become“underachiever”,in fact,the more important reason is that after centralized schoolrunning,Hani students and their parents don`t know how to better adapt their traditional culture into central primary school situation.Maybe they need more time and more practices to eliminate the differences between traditional education and modern school education.To solve this problem,teachers use classroom teaching to carry out identity education for Hani students.School strengthens the education of love by organizing folk activities and encouraging parents to take an active part in folk activities to increase the interaction between students and parents.Schools,villages and parents work together in order to help Hani students improve their cultural confidence by changing the original concept of lack of confidence in Hani culture.
