职业院校学生心理问题表现及对策研究

摘　　要：心理问题危害学生心理健康,直接影响职业院校人才培养质量,应予以高度关注。为了预防和解决职业院校学生心理问题,在分析其主要表现的基础上,从自身因素、家庭因素、环境因素及管理因素方面找出问题成因,并从院校和个人两方面提出了职业院校学生心理问题的预防措施及对策。Psychological problems harm students'mental health and directly affect the quality of talents training in vocational colleges,which should be paid close attention to.In order to prevent and solve the psychological problems of vocational college students,based on the analysis of their main performances,the causes of the problems are found out from their own factors,family factors,environmental factors and management factors,and the preventive measures and countermeasures for the psychological problems of vocational college students are put forward from both colleges and individuals.
