摘  要:为适应工业互联网产业发展需求,需要开展产教融合的人才培养供给侧结构性改革。由于参与主体的目标和诉求不同,产教融合处于较低水平,构建产教融合生态圈成为多主体良性互动、协同发展的必然选择。基于产教融合生态圈理论,以合作共建、多元互动、共生共赢等先进理念为引领,打造共享、融合、创新、连接、生态的产教融合各要素“共同体”,让产教融合在培养工业互联网复合创新型人才、服务地方产业发展方面发挥积极作用。产教融合生态圈理论、产教融合共同体建设对双高专业建设和现代学徒制人才培养工作具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to meet the development needs of the industrial Internet industry,it is necessary to carry out a supply-side structural reform of talent training with industry-education integration.Due to the different goals and demands of the participants,the industry-education integration is at a relatively low level.Building an ecosphere for the integration of industry and education has become an inevitable choice for the benign interaction and synergistic development of multiple subjects.Based on the theory of the integration of industry and education,and guided by advanced concepts such as cooperation and co-construction,multiple interactions,and symbiosis and win-win,we will create a"community"of all elements of the industry-education integration,which is sharing,integration,innovation,connection,and ecology,so that the industry-education integration can be play an active role in cultivating industrial Internet compound innovative talents and serving local economic and social development.The theory of industry-education integration ecosphere and the construction of industry-education integration community have certain reference significance for the construction of double-high majors and the training of modern apprenticeship talents.
