电路教学团队的建设、传承与发展

摘　　要：北京航空航天大学(以下简称“北航”)自动化科学与电气工程学院电路教学团队教学实力强,但是存在年龄结构不合理的问题。在北航“凡舟”基金的支持下,通过综合考查教师师风师德、教育背景、科研经历和年龄结构等因素,跨系组建年龄结构合理、知识结构互补的新教学团队,制定新教师培养方案,传承团队的教学经验,培养青年教师,在课程教学改革中建设课程多媒体和网络教学资源、提高团队的教学水平。The teaching ability of the Electric Circuit teaching team at the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering of Beihang University was very strong,yet the age structure of the team could be optimized.With the support of the Fanzhou fund from the Beihang University,a new teaching team with optimal age structure and complementary knowledge structure was established across different departments after comprehensively examining teachers'morality,educational background,scientific research experiences,age as well as other factors.We have formulated a new teacher-oriented training plan,inherited the previous teaching experience of the team to train young teachers.In the process of the teaching reform,we established multimedia and online teaching resources,and improved the teaching ability of the team.
