创业警觉对创业行为的影响:基于两阶段调节的中介作用模型

摘　　要：关注创业警觉与创业行为之间的关系以及个体主观能动性在其间的作用,基于计划行为理论构建有调节的中介作用模型,对304份来自国内创业者的多时点调查问卷的结果进行实证分析,探究创业警觉影响创业行为的作用机制与边界条件。结果表明:(1)创业警觉与创业意向和创业行为显著正相关;(2)创业意向在创业警觉与创业行为之间有显著中介作用;(3)结果期待调节创业警觉对创业意向与创业行为的直接作用以及创业警觉通过创业意向对创业行为的间接作用,结果期待水平越高,其直接与间接作用越强;(4)主动型人格调节创业警觉对创业行为的直接作用以及创业警觉通过创业意向对创业行为的间接作用,主动型人格水平越高,其直接与间接作用越强。由此得到如下启示:创业者应对创业机会保持高度警觉性;家庭和学校教育要有意识地培养个体的积极主动人格;全社会要营造良好的创业生态。This paper pays attention to the relationship between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial behavior as well the role of individual subjective initiative,constructs a conditional mediation model based on the theory of planned behavior,makes the empirical analysis on the results of 304 multi point questionnaires from domestic entrepreneurs,and explores the mechanism and boundary condition of entrepreneurial alertness influencing entrepreneurial behavior.The results show that:firstly,entrepreneurial alertness is positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior;secondly,entrepreneurial intention has a significant mediating effect between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial behavior;thirdly,outcome expectation regulates the direct effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior,and moderates the indirect effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial intention,the higher the level of outcome expectation,the stronger the direct and indirect effects;finally,proactive personality regulates the direct effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial behavior and the indirect effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial intention,the higher the level of proactive personality,the stronger the direct and indirect effects.According to the above results,some enlightments can be obtained as follows:entrepreneurs should be highly alert to entrepreneurial opportunities;family and school education should consciously cultivate individual’s active personality;and the whole society should cultivate a good entrepreneurial environment.
