摘 要:建立中部(从控)机车-货车4节短编组全自由度列车动力学模型,通过数值仿真,研究了空气制动缓解情况下,从控机车二系弹簧失效个数与位置对机车车体点头角及连挂车钩间垂向相对位移等动态特性的影响规律。仿真结果表明:与正常情况相比,失效发生在机车前转向架对车钩垂向稳定性的影响更为不利,而发生在后转向架的规律恰好相反。当失效发生在前转向架,且失效个数分别为1、2、3个时,相较于未失效情况,机车车体点头角与连挂车钩间的垂向相对位移均呈增大趋势,且随失效个数的增多而增大。需要注意的是,当失效个数达到两个及以上时,由于二系垂向止挡开始发挥作用,二系弹簧失效导致的车体点头角、连挂车钩垂向相对位移均不再明显增大。A full degrees of freedom dynamics model of four-section short marshalling train for middle(slave) locomotive and its connected wagons is established. The influence of different failure number and position of secondary spring in salve locomotive on the vertical dynamic characteristics of the locomotive car-body pitch angle and the vertical relative displacement between the connected couplers under air-braking release condition is studied through numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the failure occurring on the front bogie of the locomotive has much more adverse impact on the coupler vertical stability, while the influence law of the failure occurring on the rear bogie is opposite to the above situation. Compared with the normal situation, when the failure occurs on the front bogie and the failure number is one, two and three respectively, the pitch angle of locomotive car-body and the vertical relative displacement between the connected couplers are increasing, and increase with the failure number, correspondingly. It should be noted that when the failure number is two or more,the secondary vertical stopper begins to produce a marked effect, resulting in no significant increases in the pitch angle of locomotive car-body and the vertical relative displacement between the connected couplers induced by the failure of the secondary spring.
