摘  要:《中小学教育惩戒规则(试行)》赋予了教师合法使用教育惩戒的正当权利,同时对教师专业发展提出了更高的要求。基于教师、学生、家长的实证视角,研究发现当前初中教师教育惩戒与预期目标仍有较大差距,主要表现为:教师惩戒权认同危机、惩戒行为缺少教育性、惩戒依据不规范、惩戒效果有限。建议从教育惩戒观、校规制度、教师教育、家校合作等方面着手改进,推动教育惩戒有效实施。The enacting of the Disciplinary Rules for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)has empowered the teachers to punish students legally,meanwhile,it calls for higher requirements for teachers’professional development.Based on the perspective of teachers,students and parents,the empirical study found that there are disparities between the educational discipline implementation and the expectations in middle schools.These disparities mainly include the disagreement of teachers’disciplinary power,educational significance deficiency,unstandardized disciplinary rules,and the minimal overall effect.It is suggested to update the concept of educational disciplinary,improve the school rules and regulations,promote the teacher education and strengthen home-school cooperation to bring the disciplinary rules into effect.
