Bibliometric analysis of general practice education in China

摘  要:目的 绘制国内全科医学教育教学研究的可视化知识图谱,分析该领域的发展脉络、研究热点和前沿。方法 检索中国知网数据库中关于“全科医学教育”相关教学研究文献,利用CiteSpace软件,绘制作者、机构以及关键词的可视化图谱。结果 纳入文献1122篇,通过可视化分析,图谱中纳入了731名作者、460所机构和70个关键词,形成了16个热点、3个主要研究探索阶段。“全科医学教育”教学研究成果逐年增加,但数量不多,研究者、机构之间的合作较少。结论 要进一步强化全科医学学科建设,深化教学改革,加强医教协同,推进全科医学人才培养的探索实践。Objective To make out the visual knowledge map of General practice in China and analyze its development process, hot spot and frontier.Methods Relevant literature about educational reform of General practice were retrieved from CNKI,and then they were used to create visualization map for authors, institutions and keywords with CiteSpace software.Results One thousand one hundred and twenty-two pieces of relevant literature were retrieved to generate the visualization map of General practice.Seven hundred and thirty-one authors, 460 institutions and 70 keywords were included in the map and 16 hot spots were clustered.By analysis, 3 main stages on the educational reform research of General practice were summarized.Conclusion The discipline construction of General practice should be strengthen, and more cooperation should be performed between institutions and authors.In the future, the exploration and practice of general practice talent training should be promoted.
