摘 要:落实“双减”政策需构建与之契合的中小学教师评价机制。“双减”背景下,中小学教师评价存在评价目的模糊、评价主体单一、评价指标繁琐、结果应用粗浅的现实困境。围绕“双减”意见要求,全面提升教育教学和课后服务质量,应构建合理的中小学教师评价机制,该机制应:确立正确的评价取向,促进教师专业发展;强化教师评价主体性,建立多元化评价方式;紧扣教师评价目标,构建简洁高效指标体系;提升评价应用水平,促进教育教学提质增效。To implement the“Double Reduction”policy,it is necessary to construct a corresponding evaluation mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers.Under the background of“Double Reduction”policy,the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers has realistic difficultiessuch as vagueevaluation purpose,single evaluation subject,cumbersome evaluation index and superficial application of results.Under the guidance of the“Double Reduction”suggestion that schools should comprehensively improve the quality of education,teaching and after-school services,we should construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers,which establishes a correct evaluation orientation,promotes teachers’professional development,strengthens the subjectivity of teacher evaluation,establishes a diversified evaluation method,closely linked to teacher evaluation objectives,builds a simple and efficient index system,improves the application level of evaluation and promotes the quality and efficiency of education and teaching.
