摘  要:自1996年《职业教育法》颁布实施已26年,2022年5月新修订的《职业教育法》增加了大量新内容,提出了很多新设想,也为职业院校带来了新机遇,但与此同时也对高等职业院校和教师们提出了新的要求。本文从提升学历层次、产教融合、校企合作、职业培训、新专业设置等角度切入,提出高职院校将要承载更多的社会责任;利益驱使和资本介入下,需加强依法治校、依法治教;师资培养需加大投入等职业教育即将迎接的新考验,希望对未来高职院校的发展提供可借鉴之处。26 years have passed since the promulgation and implementation of the Vocational Education Law in 1996.The newly revised Vocational Education Law has added a lot of new content,proposing many new ideas and bringing new opportunities for vocational colleges in May 2022.Meanwhile,it also puts forward new requirements for vocational colleges and teachers.From the perspectives of enhancing educational level,integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,vocational training and new specialty setting,it is put forward that more social responsibilities should be taken by vocational colleges.Driven by interests and involved by capital,colleges and higher vocational education require stricter governance by laws.There are new challenges coming like increasing investment in teacher training,which may provide reference for the development of vocational colleges in the future.
