摘　　要：妇产科学是一门重要的临床实践学科,理论知识需经过反复临床实践才能被学生真正掌握。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们保健意识增强,且随着医学教育模式的改变,进而对医学生素质教育提出更高要求。然而,我国妇产科临床实践教学工作面临诸多问题,这严重影响了临床实践教学质量。文章就目前妇产科临床教学所面临的现状,造成这一现状的原因,结合笔者自身在临床带教工作中所进行的尝试及思考,浅谈其解决方法,为促进我国医学教育发展、提高我国妇产科临床实践教学水平提供理论参考。Obstetrics and gynecology is an important clinical practice discipline,theoretical knowledge can only be mastered by students after repeated clinical practice.With the increasing demand for health services of the people,the major changes in the mode of health services and the development trend of international medical education put forward higher requirements for quality education for medical students.However,there are many problems in the clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in China,which seriously affect the quality of clinical practice teaching.Based on the current situation of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology and the reasons for this situation,this paper discusses its solutions combined with writer’s own attempt and thinking in clinical teaching,to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the development of medical education and improving the level of clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in our country.
