摘 要:苦乐观与大学教师信念密切相关,对大学教师职业苦乐属性的认识,会直接影响到大学教师工作积极性的发挥。大学教师的苦乐观是大学教师对自己从事的学术职业的感受。研究型大学教师之苦有上课之苦、导生之苦、科研之苦、考核之苦;大学教师之乐有教学之乐、育才之乐、科研之乐、自由之乐、环境之乐。大学教师的学术生涯,从博士生、助理教授、副教授到教授,通常要经历艰苦奋斗、苦中作乐、甘苦并存、苦尽甘来四个阶段。大学教师应树立正确的苦乐观,因为乐业的教师更敬业,所以应提倡积极进取的乐业精神或乐业观。University teachers’views on bitterness and happiness are closely related to their beliefs.University teachers’understanding of bitterness and happiness brought by their career would directly affect their enthusiasm.The views on bitterness and happiness are also the feelings of university teachers towards their academic career.The bitterness of research university teachers includes the pain of giving classes,the pain of guiding students,the pain of doing scientific research and the pain of accepting assessment.The happiness of university teachers includes the joy of teaching,the joy of cultivating talents,the joy of scientific research,the joy of freedom and the joy of working environment.The academic career of university teachers,from doctoral students,assistant professors,associate professors to professors,usually has to go through four stages:working hard and diligently;seeking joy amid hardship;tasting both joys and sorrows and being rewarded after much effort.University teachers should hold a correct viewpoint on bitterness and happiness,because teachers who enjoy their career are more dedicated.We should advocate a positive and enterprising viewpoint or spirit among university teachers.
