摘  要:为测定湖北黄精叶片挥发油成分及抗氧化活性,采用同时蒸馏萃取法和超临界CO_(2)萃取法提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析挥发油成分,进一步通过测定2种挥发油对DPPH、ABTS、O_(2)^(-)和OH自由基的清除率评价其抗氧化活性.结果显示,同时蒸馏萃取法提取的挥发油共检测出12类26种化合物,主要成分为呋喃、酸和酚类化合物;超临界CO_(2)萃取法提取的挥发油共检测出9类19种化合物,主要成分为酸和醇类化合物.抗氧化活性测定结果表明,2种方法得到的湖北黄精叶片挥发油均具有一定的抗氧化活性;采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取的挥发油抗氧化活性较高.In order to determine the components and antioxidant activity of volatile oil from leaves of Polygonatum zanlanscianense Pamp.,the volatile oil was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction and CO_(2)supercritical fluid extraction.The components of the two volatile oils were analyzed by GC-MS.The antioxidant activity of the two volatile oils was evaluated by measuring the scavenging rates of DPPH,ABTS,O_(2)^(-) and OH free radicals.The results showed that 26 compounds of 12 categories were detected in the volatile oil extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction,with the main components being furan,acid and phenolic compounds.19 compounds of 9 categories were detected in the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO_(2)extraction,and the main components were acids and alcohols.The results of antioxidant activity assay showed that the volatile oil of Polygonatum zanlanscianense Pamp.obtained by the two methods had certain antioxidant activity,and the volatile oil extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction had higher antioxidant activity.
