摘　　要：闽派教育发展孕育了闽派教育家,他们带有闽派教育特有的精神和特质。闽派教育家的成长也促进了闽派教育的发展。新时代发展需要培养大批“闽派教育家型校长”。培养“闽派教育家型校长”,需要研究闽派教育家的特质,传承闽派教育家精神。按照闽派教育家已有的实然特质,对照培养闽派教育家型校长,使闽派教育家型校长具有闽派教育家特质,是闽派教育家型校长培养的有效途径。The development of Min-stytle Edcuation gave birth to Min-stytle educators,who have the special spirit and characteristics of Min-stytle Edcuation.The growth of Min-stytle educators also promotes the development of Min-stytle Edcuation.The development of the new era needs to cultivate a large number of "Min-style educationalist headmaster".It is necessary to study the characteristics of Min-stytle educators and inherit their spirit to train Min-style educationalist headmaster.It is an effective way to train Min-style educationalist headmaster according to the existing characteristics of Min-stytle educators and make them possess the characteristics of Min-style educationalist headmaster.
