摘 要:国家公园区域的原生态美食是游客的重要体验内容。以钱江源国家公园为例,通过质性分析,基于游客感知解读原生态美食体验的社会建构机制,即“多环节全程衔接、多主体协同参与”机制。具体来说:首先,按时间逻辑,相应建构过程可被分为感知建立、在场体验和情感存续阶段,分别对应形成美食品牌印象、感受美食及用餐情境、情感反馈三种建构途径,达成引起游客想象、塑造地方意象、触发情感反馈等建构效果;其次,原生态美食体验是多元社会主体共同建构的产物,游客主动性及偏好形成建构驱动力,原住民、餐饮经营者分别是原生态美食要素、体验场域的创造者,管理者扮演建构引导及促进角色。需实行“固源、增流、延效”模式(即稳固其要素来源、增加其呈现渠道、延伸其体验效果)来提升原生态美食体验的建构成效。The original ecological food in the national park area is an important experience for tourists.Taking Qianjiangyuan National Park as an example,this paper interprets the social construction mechanism of original ecological food experience based on tourists’perception through qualitative analysis,namely,“multi-link and multi-subject collaborative participation”:Firstly,according to the logic of time,the corresponding construction process can be divided into perception establishment,presence experience and emotional persistence stages,respectively,corresponding to three construction approaches for formation of food brand impression,feeling food and dining situation,emotion feedback,to achieve the construction effect of arousing tourists’imagination,shaping the image of the place,triggering emotion feedback,etc.Secondly,the original food experience is the product of the joint construction of multiple social subjects.Tourists’initiative and preference form the driving force of construction.Indigenous people and catering operators are the creators of the original ecological food elements and experience field respectively,the managers play the role of guiding and promoting the construction.It is necessary to implement the mode of“stabilizing sources,increasing flow and extending effect”(that is,to stabilize the source of the elements,increase the presentation channels and extend the experience effect)to improve the construction effect of original ecological food experience.
