摘　　要：理想信念对于学生的成长有着非常重要的影响。高职学生因其自身生源特点,理想信念比较薄弱,在新媒体时代下,其接受的信息量更庞杂,恰当的理想信念教育有助于激发学生的责任感、使命感,提升奋斗的进取心。本文通过分析高职学生理想信念特点,结合目前理想信念教育中存在的问题,尝试给出相应的管理措施,以期促进高职学生的素质发展。Ideals and beliefs have a very important impact on the growth of students.Higher vocational students have relative weak ideals and beliefs because of their own characteristics.In the new media era,the information they receive is more complex.Proper education of ideals and beliefs can help stimulate students'sense of responsibility and mission,and enhance their enterprising spirit.This paper analyzes the characteristics of higher vocational students'ideals and beliefs,analyzes the problems existing in the current ideal and belief education,and tries to give corresponding management measures to constantly promote the quality development of higher vocational students.
