摘 要:目的构建基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的高校实习护士手术室教学工作模式,并对其应用效果进行评价。方法选取2020年7-12月在我院实习的36名实习护生为对照组。选择2021年1-6月在我院实习的38名实习护生为观察组。对照组实习护生带教过程中使用传统教学模式即老师讲解-示范-学生练习的方式;观察组则在传统教学模式基础上,应用VR技术进行虚拟场景现实模拟训练。比较2组护生的教学效果。结果干预后,观察组护生的理论成绩(89.00±4.27)分和操作成绩(93.71±3.34)分,明显优于对照组护生的理论成绩(84.89±2.28)分和操作成绩(90.97±1.95),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生的临床实习环境评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的实习效果评分同样也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VR技术运用于高校实习护士的临床教学,有助于实习护士准确掌握手术室的功能分区、常用无菌技术,同时通过情景模拟进行不同级别大小的手术护理配合训练,使护生能快速融入手术室环境,调动护生的学习积极性与主动性,提高护生的实习效果。Objective To explore the construction of virtual reality(VR)technology in operating room teaching of nursing students in colleges and evaluate its application effect.Methods From July to December 2020,36 nursing students were selected as the control group,and 38 nursing students who practiced in our hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the experimental group.The traditional teaching mode was used in the control group during the teaching process,which was teacher explaining-demonstrating-student practice;On the basis of traditional teaching mode,VR technologywas applied for simulating the reality of virtual scene in the experimental group.Results After intervention,the theoretical scores[(89.00±4.27)points]and operational scores[(93.71±3.34)points]of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those[(84.89±2.28)points and(90.97±1.95)points]in the control group(P<0.05);The evaluation of clinical practice environment of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of practice effect in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of VR technology in clinical teaching of nursing students in colleges is helpful for nursing student to accurately grasp the functional zoning of operating room and commonly use aseptic technology.Different levels of surgical nursing cooperation training are carried out through scene simulation,so that nursing students can quickly integrate into the operating room environment,arouse their learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improve their practice effect.
