乳酸发酵提升饲料中水溶性钙的研究

摘　　要：以黄粉虫粪、豆粉、黄粉虫幼虫粉、全麦粉等混合物为饲料原料,以粪肠球菌、植物乳酸杆菌按质量比1∶1混合作为发酵剂,对饲料原料进行厌氧发酵,以产品的水溶性钙为指标,对发酵体系的配方进行优化。结果表明,在液态(第一段)发酵阶段,最优配方为:菌接种量6 g、贝壳粉5 g、红糖5 g和水100 g,在35℃下发酵48 h后,然后将发酵液与100 g饲料原料混合,再次在35℃下发酵48 h,可得到水可溶性钙含量为16.08 mg/g(干基)的饲料。经两段发酵,水溶性钙含量占饲料总钙含量达到55.28%,为生产鱼虾水溶性高钙饲料开辟新途径。Using a mixture of Tenebrio molitor feces,bean flour,Tenebrio molitor larvae powder,whole wheat flour and other mixtures as feed raw materials,and Enterococcus faecalis and Lactobacilli plantarum as a fermentation agent according to the mass ratio of 1∶1,the feed raw materials are anaerobic fermentation.The formula of the fermentation system was optimized with the water-soluble calcium of the product as the index.The results showed that in the liquid(first stage)fermentation stage,the optimal formula was as follows:6 g of bacteria inoculation,5 g of shell powder,5 g of sugar and 100 g of water.After fermentation at 35℃for 48 h,the fermentation broth was mixed with 100 g of feed raw materials,and then fermented again at 35℃for 48 h.The feed with a water-soluble calcium content of 16.08 mg/g(dry basis)could be obtained.After two stages of fermentation,the water-soluble calcium content accounted for 55.28%of the total calcium content of the feed.A new way was opened up for the production of water-soluble high calcium feed for fish and shrimp.
