摘　　要：高职是培养应用型人才的重要场所,其综合实验室的建设也是保障专业高效发展的重要基础。为了解决实训室管理存在的问题,使得高职院校护理实训室的建设与管理更加规范化,为社会培养更多综合性人才,文章从实验室管理制度、仪器设备管理、安全管理以及人员管理等角度出发,提出了可行性措施。通过多方面的研究和探讨,发现完善实验室管理能够为学生提供更好的学习环境,为护理教学和教师教研工作的开展提供了更好的保障,这对于推动高职院校护理专业教学质量的提高具有重要意义。Higher vocational education is important for training application-oriented talents, and the construction of comprehensive laboratory is also an important basis for ensuring the efficient development of a specialty. In order to solve the problems in the management of laboratory, make the construction and management of the nursing laboratory in higher vocational colleges more standardized, and cultivate more comprehensive talents for the society, the article puts forward feasible measures from the perspective of laboratory management system, instrument and equipment management,safety management and personnel management. Through various researches and discussions, it is found that improving laboratory management can provide better learning environment for students and better guarantee for the development of teachers’ teaching and research work, which is of great significance for promoting the improvement of teaching quality of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges.
