摘　　要：国家对职业教育高度重视,职业教育为了培养社会需要的技术技能型专门人才,正在进入全面和快速的改革和发展阶段。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中提出“1+X”证书制度是的创新改革的部分。本文通过研究1+X证书制度的价值和出现的问题,从而解决问题,推进证书制度的有效实施,从而能够为高职院校人才培养提供帮助,使得高职院校能够培养出更加全面的复合型高技能人才。对于强化职业教育的培养和教学类型有积极的意义。The state attaches great importance to vocational education,which is entering a stage of comprehensive and rapid reform and development in order to train technical and skilled professionals needed by the society.The"1+X"certificate system is proposed in the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform and is part of the innovation and reform.This paper aims to solve the problems and promote the effective implementation of the certificate system by researching the value and problems of the 1+X certificate system,so as to provide help for the personnel training of higher vocational colleges,furthermore,higher vocational colleges can cultivate more comprehensive composite high-skill talents.It has positive significance to strengthen the cultivation and teaching type of vocational education.
