摘　　要：本文建立了奇异积分算子及其线性交换子的有界性结果,并利用这些结果得到了变指标Herz-Morrey空间上带VMO系数的非散度型椭圆方程强解的整体正则性.In this paper,first we establish the boundedness results of singular integral operators and linear commutators.Using these results,we subsequently obtain the global regularity of strong solutions to nondivergence elliptic equations with VMO coefficients in HerzMorrey spaces with variable exponent.
