摘  要:教育政策证据是教育政策制定或改变时的依据,是通过各种渠道和方法所获得的真实而科学的信息群组。高质量的教育政策证据是教育决策科学化的基础与前提,具有客观性、实践性、相关性、系统性等特征。为了规避与上述特性相悖的低质量证据的出现,必须纠正教育政策证据选择和使用中主观性的僭越、实践性的疏离、相关性的不足、系统性的欠缺等问题,教育政策制定主体及其研究人员需要超越个人偏见,保持证据客观;认真调查研究,多用民意证据;营造学习氛围,提高证据能力;注重综合研究,确保证据全面。Educational policy evidence is the basis of education policy formulation or modification, which is the real and scientific information group obtained through various channels and methods. High-quality educational policy evidence is the basis and premise of scientific educational policy-making, with characteristics such as objectivity, practicality, relevance and systematicity. In order to avoid the emergence of low-quality evidence contrary to characteristics referred above, it is necessary to correct the problems including the arrogation of subjectivity, separation of practice, lack of relevance and deficiency of systematicity in the selection and utilization of educational policy evidence. It is advisable for the educational policy-making entities and researchers to eliminate personal bias and keep objective in evidence selection, to do investigation and research carefully and use more evidences from public opinions, to create a learning environment and improve evidence effectiveness, and to focus on comprehensive research to ensure the comprehensiveness of evidence.
