摘 要:为了尽快提高高校新教师的教学能力,从教学能力培训、教学质量控制、自身教学实践和保障措施及建议四个方面探讨了高校新教师教学能力提升途径与保障措施。首先,教学能力培训应该从各学校自行安排改至线上培训形式。其次,提升教学能力的终极目标是提高教学质量,通过对教学质量控制可以将发现的问题反馈给新教师。再次,教学能力的提升需要不断地进行教学实践,高校新教师通过教学活动循环与教学经验的总结,能够不断提升自身的教学能力。最后,教育主管部门和学校应该制定可行的保障措施,促进高校新教师能力快速成长。To improve the teaching ability of new teachers in colleges and universities as soon as possible,this paper discusses the ways and measures to improve the teaching ability of new teachers from four aspects: the teaching ability training, the teaching quality control, their own teaching practices, and the guarantee measures and suggestions. Firstly, teaching ability training should be changed from the form of self-organized training by each school to the form of online training. Secondly, the ultimate goal of improving teachers’ teaching ability is to improve the teaching quality, and the problems found in the teaching quality control can be taken as feedback for new teachers. Thirdly, the improvement of teaching ability needs abundant teaching practice. New teachers can continuously improve their teaching ability through teaching activities and their summary of teaching experience.Finally, education authorities and schools should formulate feasible measures to promote the rapid growth of new teachers in colleges and universities.
