摘 要:目的:研究以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以团队为基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)的教学模式在心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)培训中的应用效果。方法:将在我院实习的中山大学2017年级临床医学本科生共120人随机分为30组,每组4人,其中15组为观察组,另15组为实验组,分别采用PBL和PBL联合TBL的教学方法进行心肺复苏技能培训,通过对两组学生进行理论和技能考核,以及采用匿名问卷形式进行教学效果评价,运用医学统计学方法对两种教学培训效果进行分析。结果:实验组的理论成绩及心肺复苏操作成绩均高于观察组,二者相比有明显统计学差异。匿名调查问卷结果显示实验组对PBL联合TBL的教学方式满意度显著高于观察组。结论:PBL联合TBL的教学模式显著提高临床实习生的心肺复苏培训理论和操作水平,学生满意度高,可成为心肺复苏培训中新的教学模式。Objective:To study the application of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training.Methods:A total of 120 clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2017 from Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into 30 groups,with 4 students in each group.All groups were randomized into the observation group with PBL teaching and the experimental group with PBL combined with TBL teaching.Examination and anonymous questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly better examination scores in CPR theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Moreover,The results of the questionnaire survey revealed that the experimental group was more receptive to PBL combined with TBL teaching methods.Conclusion:PBL combined with TBL teaching methods in CPR training was more effective and acceptable compared with PBL.
