摘　　要：提质培优行动计划是国家职业教育发展的重大战略举措,为专业群建设实现优质发展注入了新动力。本文在对房地产专业人才进行供给与需求调研的基础上,在产教融合、课程体系构建、教学内容改革、教师队伍建设、数字化建设、“1+X”证书等方面提出改革发展建议,为新时期下高职院校房地产专业人才的培养提供了参考。The Action Plan for Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence is a major strategic initiative for developinga national vocational education,which injects new impetus for constructing professional clusters to achieve high-quality development.Based on the research on the supply and demand of real estate professionals,this paper put forward reform and development suggestions in the aspects of industry-education integration,curriculum system construction,teaching content reform,teacher team construction,digital construction,"1+X"certificates and so on,reference the training of real estate professionals in higher vocational institutes in the new era.
