摘  要:教育信息化是教育系统性变革的内生变量,数字时代的学校治理呼唤校长工作的变革与转型。为应对新时代教育信息化带来的挑战,校长信息化领导力应具有鲜明的时代指向,即智慧教育赋能铸魂育人,融合育人构建高水平的在线教学,协同育人构建高效率的家校社共同体。然而,当前校长信息化领导力面临信息化领导力意识不明晰、信息化管理设计能力发展不均衡、校长信息化素养尚不能支撑数字化教育治理要求等诸多现实困境。新时代提高校长信息化领导力应做到提升校长自身的教育信息化素养,明晰以全面育人为理念的信息化领导力规划目标,提升以智能技术支撑的家校社协同信息化教育治理能力。Education informatization is an endogenous variable of the systemic reform of education.School governance in the digital era calls for the reform and transformation of the job of principals.To cope with the challenge brought by the education informatization in the new era,there should be distinct time orientation for the principal’s leadership informatization,which means that intelligent education empowers the action of educating people,integrating education builds up high-level online teaching and cooperative education creates an efficient home-school-society community.However,the principal’s leadership informatization is confronted with many practical dilemmas,including vague awareness of leadership informatization,imbalanced development of informatization management design and insufficient literacy of the principal’s leadership informatization to support the governance requirement of digitalized education.In the new era,to improve the principal’s leadership informatization,we should upgrade the education informatization literacy of principals themselves,clarify the planning goal of leadership informatization with the idea of comprehensive education and enhance the governance ability of home-school-society cooperative informatization education with the support of intelligent technologies.
