摘  要:目的探究以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在中医肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月中国医科大学附属第一医院中医肿瘤内科实习的64名学生进行调查与分析,使用抽签法将实习生分成研究组与参照组,每组32名。参照组使用常规教学方式,研究组使用PBL教学法,比较2组实习生的考试成绩、学习效果以及学生满意度。结果研究组考试成绩与参照组相比明显更高(P<0.05)。研究组实习生学习效果好于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生的总满意度明显较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论在中医肿瘤教学中采用PBL教学方式,能达到较为理想的教学效果,同时学生满意度也得到显著提升,值得广泛应用。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the teaching of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 64 students who practiced in the First Hospital of China Medical University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected for investigation and analysis.The interns were divided into research group and control group by lottery method,with 32 students in each group.The control group used the conventional teaching method and the research group used the PBL teaching method.The test scores,learning results and student satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results The test scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The learning effect of interns in the research group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of students in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method used in the teaching of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve a relatively ideal teaching effect,and students’satisfaction is also significantly improved,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
