PBL的翻转课堂教学模式在针灸学的应用

摘　　要：目的为了提高针灸学教学水平,拓宽教学思路,探讨问题式学习(PBL)翻转教学模式相结合在针灸学教学中的应用。方法将2016级中医专业本科生随机分为PBL翻转组和传统教学法(LBL)组,在1个学期中,2组学生均按大纲要求以LBL法完成基础理论课的教学,而见习课教学则分别以不同的方法进行,即PBL翻转组的见习课以PBL和翻转教学法结合教授,LBL组仍以LBL法教授。以期末考试、病案考核和问卷调查的分值作为观测指标,比较这2种教学方法的差异性。结果PBL翻转组教学效果明显优于LBL组,2组期末考试、病案考核成绩和问卷调查结果比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL翻转组教学模式与传统教育模式对比有着明显的优越性,符合教学改革的新趋势,为针灸学教学改革提供了新思路。Objective In order to improve the teaching level of acupuncture and moxibustion and broaden the teaching thought,the application of PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching model in acupuncture and moxibustion teaching was discussed.Methods Grade 2016 undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into PBL flipped classroom group and LBL group.In one semester,both groups completed the basic theory teaching by LBL method according to the syllabus,while the probation teaching was conducted by different methods,that is,the probation class of PBL flipped classroom group was taught by PBL and flipped classroom teaching method,and the LBL group was still taught by LBL method.The differences between the two teaching methods were compared with the scores of theoretical examination,medical record examination and questionnaire survey.Results The teaching effect of PBL flipped classroom group was significantly better than that of LBL group,and the results of final examination medical records and questionnaire survey were compared between the two groups,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conciusion PBL flipped classroom group teaching model has obvious advantages compared with the traditional education model,which is in line with the new trend of teaching reform and provides a new idea for the teaching reform of acupuncture and moxibustion.
