摘 要:目的探讨病案导入—情景模拟教学法在男性护理专业学生(男护生)的护理学基础实验教学中的实施效果。方法将南昌医学院护理专业2017级和2018级本科生作为主要研究对象,在护理学基础实验教学时,选取2017级34名男护生为对照组,采用传统教学法;2018级46名男护生为实验组,采用病案导入—情景模拟教学法;按自愿原则随机抽取2017级45名女护生为参考组,采用传统教学法;比较3组护生的技能考核、理论考核成绩,分析护生的综合素质能力。结果实验组理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩均高于对照组、参考组,主动学习积极性、团队合作能力、护患沟通能力均高于对照组、参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组和参考组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组男护生护理技能操作时的心理状态优于对照组和参考组,参考组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案导入—情景模拟教学法能够提高男护生护理学基础实验学习的积极性和学习成绩,改善男护生实验学习时的心理状态,值得大力推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of medical case introduction combined with scene simulation teaching method in the experimental teaching of basic nursing for male nursing students.Methods Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 undergraduate nursing students in Nanchang Medical College were the main research objects.During the experimental teaching of basic nursing,34 male nursing students in Grade 2017 class were selected as the control group and used the traditional teaching method.46 male nursing students in Grade 2018 class were selected as the experimental group,and used medical case introduction-scenario simulation teaching method.45 female nursing students in the Grade 2018 class were randomly selected as the reference group according to the voluntary principle,and used traditional teaching method.The skill assessment and theoretical assessment results of the three groups of nursing students was compared,and the comprehensive quality and ability of the nursing students was analyzed.Results The test scores and skill assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and reference group,and the active learning enthusiasm,teamwork ability and nurse-patient communication ability were all higher than those of the control group and reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance between the control group and reference group(P>0.05).The psychological state of the experimental group was better than that of the control group and the reference group,and the reference group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conciusion The medical case introduction-scenario simulation teaching method can improve the enthusiasm and academic performance of male nursing students in the experimental study of basic nursing,and improve the psychological state of male nursing students during experimental learning in basic nursing.This teaching method is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
