摘 要:教学目标设定是教育教学过程必不可少的环节,是教师进行教学设计的前提和基础。文章通过文献研究和课堂观察,发现内蒙古地区民族中学语文课堂教学中存在着教学目标设定流于形式、学科特色体现不明显、表述缺乏操作性、设定偏离教材内容和拟写要素不完整的现状,因此从提高语文教师的职业道德素养、加强教学目标专项知识培训、基于学情充分发挥学生的主体地位、提升教师解读语文教材的能力和在语文核心素养上求取“创新”发展等五个方面提出了相应的解决对策。The setting of teaching objectives is an indispensable link in the process of education and teaching,and it is the premise and foundation of teachers’ teaching design.Through literature research and classroom observation,this paper finds that there are some problems in Chinese classroom teaching in ethnic middle schools in Inner Mongolia,such as the setting of teaching objectives is mere formality,the subject features are not obvious,the expression is not operational,the setting deviates from the contents of textbooks and the elements to be written are incomplete.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures are put forward from five aspects:improving Chinese teachers’ professional ethics,strengthening the training of special knowledge related to teaching objectives,giving full play to students’ dominant position based on the learning situation,improving teachers’ ability to interpret Chinese textbooks and seeking for “innovative” development in the cultivation of Chinese core literacy.
