摘 要:伴随着“中国制造2025”行动规划的不断深入,影视产业中缺乏高素质、高水平技能型人才的情况已经显现。根据教育部门提出的校企合作促进措施,文章建议高校进行学徒制教学改革,完善校企合作方式,强化师资队伍能力,创建多元化教评体系,建立双主体培养模式。学徒制教学模式可以为学生提供更深层次的专业知识和技术指导,培养学生的创新能力,提高学生综合素质,使学生能够适应社会对专业技术人才的新需求。With the deepening of the “Made in China 2025” plan,the lack of high-quality and high-level skilled talents has emerged in the film and television industry.According to the measures proposed by the education department to promote school-enterprise cooperation,this paper suggests that colleges and universities should carry out apprenticeship teaching reform,modify the school-enterprise cooperation mode,improve the ability of teaching staff,create a diversified teaching evaluation system,and establish a dual-subject training mode.Apprenticeship teaching mode can provide students with deeper professional knowledge and technical guidance,cultivate students’ innovative ability,improve students’ comprehensive quality,and enable students to adapt to the new demands of society for professional and technical talents.
