摘 要:为进一步加强茯砖茶质量安全监管,查找茯砖茶质量安全隐患,强化茯砖茶生产企业食品安全自律意识,本研究对某省8家茯砖茶企业的产品进行专项抽检,共抽检20个批次。结果显示,20个批次茯砖茶样品的合格率为65%,其中不合格的项目分别为稀土含量、感官、冠突散囊菌和标签;风险检测项目产毒霉菌检出黑曲霉和灰绿霉素,检出率为30%。In order to further strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of Fuzhuan tea,find out the hidden dangers of the quality and safety of Fuzhuan tea,and strengthen the self-consciousness of food safety in Fuzhuan tea production enterprises,this study conducted a special sampling inspection on the products of 8 Fuzhuan tea enterprises in a province,with a total of 20 batches sampled.The sampling results show that the qualified rate of 20 batches of Fuzhuan tea samples is 65%,among which the unqualified items are rare earth content,sensory,crown fungus and label.In addition,Aspergillus niger and griseoviridin were detected in the risk testing items,and the detection rate was 30%.
