摘  要:为解决轮毂电机驱动电动汽车垂向振动加剧的问题。针对主动悬架设计了一种基于T-S(Takagi-Sugeno)模糊思想的变论域模糊控制策略,改进了伸缩因子的设计方法,以提升控制精度及多工况下的自适应能力;基于1/4车辆模型在随机路面和对接路面上进行动力学分析,将所提出的T-S变论域模糊控制策略与单一的T-S模糊控制、Mamdani变论域模糊控制进行对比,并通过硬件在环试验验证了所提控制策略的效果。结果表明,所提出的主动悬架T-S变论域模糊控制策略可有效提升车辆的平顺性,相对于单一模糊控制和Mamdani变论域模糊控制具有较好的多工况适应性。In order to solve the problem of vertical vibration aggravation of the electric vehicle driven by an in-wheel motor,a variable domain fuzzy control strategy based on T-S(Takagi-Sugeno)fuzzy was designed for active suspension,and the design method of contraction-expansion factors was modified to improve the control accuracy and self-adaptability of the controller under multiple working conditions.Based on the quarter-car model,the dynamic analysis was carried under random road and joint road excitations.The proposed T-S variable domain fuzzy control was compared with single T-S fuzzy control and Mamdani variable domain fuzzy control,the effect of this new controller was verified by hardware in the loop experiment.Results show that the T-S variable domain fuzzy control can effectively improve vehicle ride comfort,and has better multi-condition adaptability than single T-S fuzzy control,and Mamdani variable domain fuzzy control.
