摘 要:把师德师风作为评价教师教学的第一标准,有利于推动当前师德师风建设与教师教学发展的融合和促进。针对当前评价中存在的“五唯”问题突出、评价重形式轻内容、忽视学生评价、评价指标缺乏时代性的问题,提出改革“五唯”评价的理念与方法、改进评价中的师德师风标准、充分发挥学生评价的作用。在新时代要求下,需要突出师德师风第一标准,转变评价观念,强化过程评价和健全综合评价,改革高校教师教学评价,促进新时代师德师风建设。Taking teacher morality and ethics as the first standard to evaluate teachers’teaching is conducive to promoting its integration with teaching development in the new era.In view of the problems existing in the current evaluation,such as the prominent problem of“five-only”,the emphasis on form rather than contents,the neglect of student evaluation,and the lack of modernity of evaluation indicators,this paper puts forward the solutions of reforming the concept and methods of“five-only”evaluation,improving the evaluation standards of teacher morality and ethics,giving full play to the role of student evaluation.In the new era,we need to highlight the first standard of teacher morality and ethics,change the evaluation concept,strengthen the process evaluation and improve the comprehensive evaluation,so as to reform the teaching evaluation of university teachers as well as promote the construction of teacher morality and ethics.
