摘 要:目的探讨胜任力与民办高等院校心理委员工作满意度之间的关系及共情在其中的中介效应。方法采用工作满意度量表、高等院校心理委员胜任力问卷和人际反应指针量表对241名民办高等院校心理委员进行调查。结果①民办高等院校心理委员的工作满意度处于中等偏上水平(M=4.161);②民办高等院校心理委员的工作满意度、胜任力和共情呈显著的两两正相关(r=0.279,P<0.01;r=0.583,P<0.01);③共情在民办高等院校心理委员胜任力和工作满意度之间起部分中介效应[中介效应值(95%CI)=0.022(-0.021,-0.012)]。结论胜任力对民办高等院校心理委员`的工作满意度发挥着重要作用,同时共情有利于增加其工作满意度。Objective To explore the relationship between competency and job satisfaction of psychological commissioners of private colleges and the mediating effect of empathy in it.Methods A total of 241 private college psychological commissioners were assessed using the Job Satisfaction Scale,the Competency of College Psychological Commissioners Questionnaire,and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index Scale.Results①The job satisfaction of psychological commissioners of private colleges was in the upper-middle level(M=4.161);②The job satisfaction,competency,and empathy of psychological commissioners of private colleges were significantly positively correlated(r=0.279,P<0.01;r=0.583,P<0.01);③Empathy had a role in mediating the relationship between psychological commissioners′competence and job satisfaction[mediating effect value=0.022,95% confidence interval(95%CI)(-0.021,-0.012)].Conclusion Competence is vital in job satisfaction for psychological commissioners of private colleges,and empathy contributes significantly to their job satisfaction.
