摘　　要：多导师协同指导困难、跨学院协同管理不顺等问题,严重影响了教育硕士培养质量。H校构建的教育硕士“培指委+”管理模式,践行协同培养理念、善用管理规章制度、创新沟通交流机制、深耕各个培养环节,有效提高了协同培养管理效度,具有较大的推广价值。Problems such as the difficulty of tutors collaborative guidance and the insufficiency of cross-college collaborative management have seriously affected the quality of Master of Education.The management model of“training and steering committee+”for Master of Education built by H University effectively improves the validity of collaborative training management and is worthy of promotion for it puts the synergetics into practice,makes good use of management rules and regulations,innovates the communication mechanisms,and deeply cultivates various training links.
