摘  要:为烟草高附加值成分提取和烟草源香料制备选择优良夹带剂,分别用5种不同极性夹带剂超临界CO_(2)萃取废弃烟末,将萃取物进行GC-MS分析,比较不同夹带剂对萃取得率和各类香味物质萃取得率的影响,并进行卷烟加香感官评价试验。使用5种夹带剂后萃取得率和各类香味物质萃取得率均高于无夹带剂模式。这5种夹带剂萃取物以相同加香量添加于卷烟,加香后卷烟主体香韵不变。不同夹带剂对各类化学成分的萃取影响较大,选择相应的夹带剂可对烟草香味成分进行有效萃取;无水乙醇是较优的夹带剂,正己烷更利于烷烃化合物的萃取,二丙二醇和二丙二醇甲醚对烟碱的萃取效果较好。In order to select an excellent entrainer for the extraction of high value-added components by supercritical CO_(2) fluid extraction and preparation of flavorings from tobacco-derived components,5 different polar entrainers were added and the extracts were analyzed by GC-MS.The effects of different entrainers on the extraction rate and the total amount of various flavoring components were compared,and the extracts were evaluated by sensory evaluation of cigarette aroma.The extraction rate and the total amount of flavoring components substances with 5 kinds of entrainers were higher than those without entrainer.The main flavor remained unchanged after 5 kinds of extracts were added to cigarettes in the same amount.Therefore,different entrainers have great influence on the extraction of various chemical components,and the corresponding entrainers can be used to extract the flavoring components effectively.ETOH is a better entrainer,n-hexane is more conducive to the extraction of alkanes,and DPG and DPM have a better extraction effect on nicotine when extracting flavoring components from tobacco by supercritical CO_(2) fluid extraction.
