摘 要:科教协同育人是新形势下提高本科创新人才培养和科技创新水平的重要途径。针对普通高等院校机械专业的实际情况,沈阳工业大学以机械专业为试验对象,构建了科教协同育人新模式,通过管理协同和方法协同,重点将国家2011协同创新中心——辽宁省重大装备协同创新中心、省振动与噪声控制工程技术研究中心、省智能制造与工业机器人重点实验室等科研平台的优势资源通过本科生科研导师制等形式充分运用到本科生人才培养中,激发其学习、创新、实践和思考能力。实践证明,本科生科研导师制等科教协同育人模式是培养高素质创新型人才的有效手段。Co-education of science and education is an important way to improve the training of undergraduate innovative talents and the level of scientific and technological innovation.According to the actual situation of Mechanical Engineering major in ordinary colleges and universities,Shenyang University of Technology takes the Mechanical Engineering major as the experimental object and constructs a new mode of collaborative education between science and education.We focus on the National 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center-Major Equipment Collaborative Innovation Center in LiaoNing province,provincial Vibration and Noise Control Engineering Technology Research Center,provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Robot,and other scientific research platform advantage resources,and make full use of them in the undergraduate talent training through the undergraduate research tutorial system and other forms,in order to stimulate their learning,innovation,practice and thinking ability.Practice has proved that the cooperative education mode of science and education,such as undergraduate research tutorial system,is an effective means to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
