摘  要:结合全国高等院校与人才培养的要求,在“全面发展”理念指导下,我们提出培养的专业型学位研究生应是兼具实践能力与科研能力的高素质、应用型人才。将临床实践与科研相结合的教学模式改革,通过课程优化、合理配置师资力量、整合多种教学方法与资源,在培养学生临床思维能力的同时,提高医学技能操作水平,加强科研能力教学,不仅能够帮助学生掌握扎实的理论知识,而且能够培养学生提出问题、解决问题的能力。以临床促科研,二者共同发展。According to the requirements of national colleges and universities and personnel training,under the guidance of the concept of"all-round development",we propose that the professional degree graduates should be high-quality and application-oriented talents with both practical and scientific research abilities.The teaching mode reform that combines clinical practice with scientific research,through course optimization,rational allocation of faculty,integration of various teaching methods and resources,can not only train students'clinical thinking ability,but also improve their medical skills and operation level,and strengthen the teaching of scientific research ability.It can not only help students master solid theoretical knowledge,and can train students to put forward problems,the ability to solve problems.Promote scientific research with clinical practice,both develop together.
