摘 要:目的:探讨组织学实验中应用数字切片系统开展教学的效果。方法:分别采用玻璃切片和数字切片两种方式,对2020、2021级护理专业学生的组织学实验实施教学,比较出勤、实验报告、实验操作、切片辨认及总评五类成绩。利用Pearson线性相关性分析计算各成绩间的相关系数。纳入教学方式、性别、民族、年龄四个因素对五类成绩分别构建多因素线性回归方程。结果:与传统班相比,数字班的实验操作、切片辨认两类成绩有显著提高(P<0.05)。切片辨认与总评成绩的相关系数接近1。在控制性别、民族和年龄这三个因素后,教学方式对实验操作、切片辨认两类成绩有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:数字切片系统有利于提高护理专业学生组织学实验教学成绩。Objective To explore the effect of digital slice system applied in Histology experimental teaching.Methods Traditional glass slice and digital slice were employed on the experimental teaching of Histology for nursing students in Grade 2020 and 2021,respectively,and the five categories of scores including attendance,lab report,lab operation,final slice test and overall evaluation were analyzed using Statistical software IBM SPSS 27.0.Pearson's linear correlation analysis was used to calculate the correlation coefficients among the scores.Four factors including teaching method,gender,ethnicity and age were included to construct a multiple linear regression equation for the five types of grades,respectively.Results The scores of lab operation,slice final test of the class which used digital slice were significantly improved(P<0.05),compared with the class applied glass slice.The correlation coefficient between slice final test and overall evaluation score was close to 1.The teaching method had a significant impact on the lab operation and slice final test(P<0.05),with adjusted for gender,ethnicity and age.Conclusion Applied the digital slice system in Histology experimental teaching is beneficial to improve academic performance for nursing students.
