职业教育类型特色内容探析——基于32篇文献的Nvivo分析

摘　　要：职业教育在引领产业经济升级,服务社会发展中发挥着重要作用。运用Nvivo质性分析软件,对32篇职业教育类型特色权威文献内容进行分析,结果显示:多数研究者从教育公平、学理基础、体系构建、办学模式这四个维度分析职业教育类型特色。基于分析结果,提出不同层面类型特色建设重点:公平层面促进职业院校建设、学理层面强调知识创新与开发、体系层面重点关注职教高考、办学层面强化教师供给与培养,持续推进职业教育类型特色建设,为促进技能型社会的形成奠定坚实基础。Vocational education plays an important role in leading industrial economic upgrading and serving social development.Through Nvivo qualitative analysis software to analyze the content of 32 authoritative documents on the characteristics of the types of vocational education,it shows that most researchers analyze the characteristics of the types of vocational education from four dimensions:educational equity,theoretical foundation,system construction,and school-running mode.Based on the analysis results,the paper puts forward the key points for the construction of characteristic types of vocational education at different levels:promoting the construction of vocational colleges at the level of equity,emphasizing knowledge innovation and development at the level of academic,focusing on the vocational college entrance examination at the level of system,strengthening the supply and training of teachers at the level of school-running,and continuing to promote the construction of the characteristic types of vocational education,so as to lay a solid foundation for promoting the formation of a skill-based society.
