摘 要:随着各学科课程思政改革的深化,高职公共英语教师课程思政能力的培养已成为促进教师素养提升的必修课之一。采用SWOT分析方法,从优势、劣势、机遇及挑战这四个维度,全面、客观地分析影响高职公共英语教师思政育人能力提升的影响因素,能有效帮助英语教师了解自身内部资源和外部环境。基于SWOT分析,教师可采用SO策略、ST策略、WO策略以及WT策略,创造条件、抓住机会、扬长避短、降低劣势,提升英语课程思政育人能力,进而提高职教人才的综合素养。With the deepening of the reform of integrating ideological and political education into curriculum teaching in various disciplines,the cultivation of higher vocational college English teachers’ability of integrating ideological and political education into curriculum teaching has become one of the required courses to improve teachers'quality.Using SWOT analysis method,from the four dimensions of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,this paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes the influencing factors that affect the improvement of higher vocational college English teachers'ability of integrating ideological and political education into curriculum teaching,which can effectively help English teachers understand their own internal resources and external environment.Based on SWOT analysis,teachers can adopt SO strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy and WT strategy to create conditions,seize opportunities,develop strengths,avoid weaknesses and reduce weaknesses,which can improve the teachers’ability of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching in English courses,and then improve the comprehensive quality of vocational education talents.
