摘　　要：发展计算机科学教育、提升全民信息素养已成为国际趋势,实现信息化发展的目标需要变革人才培养策略建设。从时代性角度看,义务教育阶段信息科技课程即是为了顺应时代和国家发展的需要,落实立德树人和素质教育。从科学性角度看,信息科技具有科学的一般性质,并有自己的核心概念和学科逻辑,它区别于信息技术,要求科、技并重,课题设置体现大概念、主题式、综合化和体验化。从育人价值角度看,信息科技课程承载育人重任,强调育人价值;通过课程提升学生的数字素养,从而培养学生适应未来发展的正确价值观、必备品格和关键能力,引导学生成为全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。Developing computer science education and improving information competency of all people have become an international trend,and the realization of the goal of informatization development requires the reform in the construction of talent cultivation strategies.From the perspective of the times,the information science and technology curriculum at the compulsory education level aims to meet the needs of the times and national development,and to implement moral education and quality-oriented education.From the scientific point of view,information science and technology has the general nature of science,and has its own core concepts and subject logic.It is different from information technology,requiring science and technology together,and the subject setting focus on the big concept,theme,comprehensiveness and experience.From the perspective of educational value,the information science and technology curriculum carries the important task of nurturing people and emphasize the value of nurturing people.By improving students’ digital competency,the information science and technology curriculum aims to cultivate students’ correct values,necessary characters and key abilities to adapt to future development,and guides students to become fully developed socialist builders and successors.
