摘 要:1922年颁布的壬戌学制能够续传百年有多方面的原因。壬戌学制是在自下而上的集思广益、对多种方案进行择优的过程中诞生的。它遵循了儿童青少年身心发展规律,把握了国情与时代发展趋势,体现了继承与创新相结合的学制改革路径,学制的执行和落实重视协调国家行政与地方行政、教育行政部门与学校的关系。这些对当今教育制度的设计与完善有重要的借鉴意义。There are several reasons why Renxu school system in 1922 can last for a century.It was selected as the best through prudent contemplation.It followed the law of children and adolescents’physical and mental development and paid heed to national condition and the development trend of times.It embodied the path of school system reform that combined both inheritance and innovation and the relationship between implementing school system and coordinating state administration and local administration,and educational administrative department and schools.These reasons have important reference significance for the design and improvement of today’s educational system.
